To get your EasyCart demo, the first thing to do is choose a shipping option. Don't worry about it, you can change your shipping option at any time. (Just send an email to shippingchange@easycart.com.)

Standard
The Standard shipping option is a simple way to handle shipping. For each product you have the ability to give the customer three shipping choices. You also can specify whether you want the shipping to be charged as "per item" or "per order" for each individual product. Once the customer has chosen their preferred shipping and gone to the check out area EasyCart will add the specified amount to the order total. Ship by total price
The traditional style of mail order catalogs, this option is very simple, popular, and effective. The way it works is relatively simple, all you do is come up with what we call a "shipping table". For example, take a look at this table:
$0.00 to $10.00 = $1.00 shipping
$10.01 to $30.00 = $3.00
$30.01 to $50.00 = $6.00
$50.01 and over = $10.00

Others might wish to use this option to reduce shipping prices based on sales such as-
$0.00 - $25.00 .......$10 S&H
$25.01 - $50.00.....$15 S&H
$50.01 - $100.00...$20 S&H
$100.01 and over.... 0

The choice is yours - you can have as many levels as you like - in any price sequence.
The EasyCart will take the order subtotal and go through the table to determine the shipping price, then add that to the grand total.

UPS Tables
UPS tables is another popular shipping option. Charts downloaded from www.ups.com calculate the cost to send the package via:
UPS Ground
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.
UPS Next Day Air Saver
UPS Next Day Air

The customer is then allowed to choose which method they prefer. All you have to do is to enter the weight of each product. (This is done when you are entering the item into EasyCart - later.) To place a test order through an example UPS chart EasyCart click here.

NOTE: You can only enter one 'ship from' zip code for EasyCart to refer to - so it is important that you are shipping from only one location. This method will not be very effective if you are drop shipping from various regions of the Country.

Fed-Ex Charts are also available for an extra $100.

No Shipping
The name says it all. This option is mostly for those who are selling downloadable software or products that don't need shipping like tickets and online services. If you don't know which shipping option to use you can select this one and change later.
